We are looking for a Technical Architect (or Associate Technical Architect) to take ownership of end-to-end application design, technical implementation, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end solution design, development, and technical implementation.
  • Ensure technical deliverables are completed across all project phases.
  • Guide teams through solution delivery life cycle and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Oversee and validate integration with APIs, web services, and core systems.
  • Provide technical leadership on system architecture, infrastructure design, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Mentor and supervise technical teams where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year IT/Computer Science degree (Business-related courses with IT training also considered).
  • Associate Technical Architect: At least 2 years in a similar role, 5 years leading technical teams.
  • Technical Architect: At least 5 years in solutions delivery and leading technical teams; 1+ year in a financial institution.

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Banking/financial services concepts

  • Solution delivery life cycle
  • Advanced analysis and design
  • Programming: COBOL, CICS, Java/.Net, SQL
  • Infrastructure architecture: networking, security, telecom layers
  • Integration technologies: APIs, web services
  • Project management

6 months - 1 year initial contract (for extension)
