Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Assistant to join our dynamic travel agency. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries from potential travelers, assist with booking arrangements, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales, providing travel recommendations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Assist customers with travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide detailed information on destinations, pricing, itineraries, and travel policies.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
  • Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality or related field is required.
  • Previous experience in sales in travel industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for travel.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Residents of Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque or nearby provinces or willing to relocate.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
