Overview

We are seeking highly ambitious, results-driven Premium Sales Specialists to join our team for a leading [Specify: Telecommunications, SaaS, or Financial Services] client. This role focuses on maximizing revenue from inbound inquiries, driving customer retention, and achieving high-value sales targets.

Compensation Package Highlights:

  • Base Salary: Up to P30,000 (based on experience)
  • Signing Bonus: Up to P30,000 (terms and conditions apply)
  • Incentives: Uncapped commission structure with potential earnings exceeding P50,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

The Premium Sales Specialist is responsible for a blend of inbound sales and retention strategies to maximize the value of every customer interaction.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Inbound Sales: Handle high-volume inbound calls and chats from existing and potential customers, identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Retention: Apply consultative sales and retention methodologies to prevent customer churn, addressing concerns, and strategically positioning long-term product solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed challenging daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas (KPIs) and retention metrics.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive, expert-level knowledge of all client products, features, pricing, and competitor offerings to effectively counter objections.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored product/service packages that drive satisfaction and revenue.
  • Deal Finalization: Accurately process orders, contracts, and payment information, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Communication & Sales Aptitude

  • Exceptional English Fluency: Superior verbal communication with a persuasive, assertive, and professional tone is non-negotiable for this premium account.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to successfully close sales deals.
  • Persuasion & Resilience: Strong ability to handle frequent rejection and maintain a highly motivated, positive attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience

  • Minimum Experience: At least 2 year of proven sales experience in an international BPO call center environment is highly preferred. Retention, Collections, or Financial Services sales experience is a significant advantage. OR any 2 Years sales experience in other industry
  • Education: College undergraduate or graduate of any course/ SHS graduate

Work Requirements

  • Schedule: Must be flexible to work night shifts (Graveyard) and on weekends/holidays, aligning with North American business hours.
  • Work Arrangement: onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
