JOB SUMMARY:

The Building Engineer administers maintenance and repair services for our properties and facilities. Ensures efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. Responsible but not limited to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing rounds, conducting routine assessments, and ensuring implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance for assigned property.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of working experience in mechanical and electrical operations and maintenance of High-rise buildings.
  • Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of governmental processes such as permitting, zoning, and licensing.
  • Preferably residing near or willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the operations of the building equipment, building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, and ensures compliance with the environmental safety and health procedures relating to building operation and maintenance.
  • Supervises the daily tasks of all building personnel and building contractors.
  • Responsible for the daily routine work and implementation of Mechanical and Electrical preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Review and evaluate plans submitted by tenants prior to execution of the fit-out, and monitor the fit-out works to ensure compliance with the approved plans.
  • Assist in updating all necessary permits, budget, and other related documents, and work to run the building operation.
  • Evaluate and address tenant concerns, issues, and complaints.
  • Quickly respond to emergency situations such as equipment breakdown and leaks.
