Job Summary

The Architectural Draftsman will support the design and construction team by preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans for luxury and high-end projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in architectural software, and a deep understanding of design intent, construction standards, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on design concepts, sketches, and project requirements.
• Translate architectural and engineering designs into accurate technical drawings and 3D models.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, structural standards, and high-end design specifications.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure alignment between design and construction.
• Revise and update drawings as needed to reflect design changes, material specifications, or client feedback.
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control for all assigned projects.
• Conduct on-site measurements and assist in preparing as-built plans when necessary.
• Contribute ideas and design inputs during project meetings to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in drafting or design support within a construction or architectural firm, preferably in high-end projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other drafting/design software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and architectural standards.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to design detail.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
