Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Building Electrician to handle electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works within our building facilities. The role includes ensuring all electrical systems are safe, functional, and compliant with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within the building.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Install conduits, wiring, lighting fixtures, panels, and circuit breakers.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for building requirements.
  • Maintain logs and reports of completed tasks and materials used.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Building Electrician or related role.
  • Vocational/Technical Course in Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM) or equivalent.
  • Holder of an Electrical NCII/NCIII or Licensed Electrician is an advantage. (optional)
  • Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in various building conditions.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
