Job Description
As the Paid Search Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of associates and senior associates, responsible for managing the paid search accounts of HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor. Your role involves providing guidance, direction, and support to the associates, ensuring they effectively execute the strategic marketing plan, as well as communicating with the stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in paid search strategies and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize the utilization of a significant marketing budget against company goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing team environment and achieving exceptional results in the digital marketing realm.
You are
- Familiar with performance marketing metrics (CPC, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV)
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
- Comfortable working with large data sets, skilled in Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, able to find efficiencies and opportunities across multiple data sources
- Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical environment
- A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities
At a minimum, you have...
- A bachelors degree with a strong academic record and proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Paid Search, gained from leading teams either in an agency or client-side capacity.
- Profound understanding and mastery of Paid Search bidding strategies, advanced targeting methodologies, and sophisticated optimization techniques.
Excellent in stakeholder and client-relationship management with great communication skills. - Familiarity with tag management & app tracking setup and troubleshooting .
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
- Strong organizational skills and project management ability
- Google and Bing Ads certified
