Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Paid Social Campaign Manager to lead our paid social campaigns from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and analyzing campaigns across major paid social channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid social campaigns to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting performance goals.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis, leveraging advanced data methodologies to identify strategic optimization opportunities.
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Analyze complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or marketing with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 6 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for advanced performance analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced features within platform ad managers.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing comprehensive reports, providing clear insights, and developing actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
