Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analytical: A data specialist should have strong analytical skills to be able to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights that can drive business decisions. They should also have the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Communication: A data specialist should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should be able to present data insights in a clear and concise manner and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving: A data specialist should be able to identify and solve problems related to data quality, data integration, and data analysis. They should be able to develop and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Attention to detail: A data specialist should be detail-oriented and have the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data. They should be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of their work.
  • Data specialists should have a strong foundation in mathematics, be familiar with data analysis tools and techniques, and have the ability to apply these skills to solve real business problems.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5years of experience in internet data analysis and over 3years management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance and Accounting, or Business Management
  • Proficient in using various software tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Google Analytics
  • Should be able to write SQL queries to extract data from the database.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is also desirable
