Qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and company delivery targets.

  • Monitor inventory levels of ongoing production and finished goods per plant

  • Reports daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment of production of each plant.

  • Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Generate and issue work orders and production schedules in line with capacity and demand forecasts.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and schedule adherence.

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical inventory counts.

  • Identify and implement process improvements in inventory and production planning operations.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve any production or inventory-related issues.
