Creative Staff

JOB SUMMARY

He/She is responsible for the churning out of artwork requests from all departments delivering them on time, and in full. He/She is a visual communicator who is able to incorporate creative design into marketing materials resulting in arresting and effective output.

He/She is able to develop logos, fonts, images and other graphics format to complement written materials for print, the web, or other media. He/she also assists in the multimedia production of the Marketing department for use in its owned assets – whether digital or offline.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and illustrates visual marketing materials to promote different company products and services
• Create and design creative concepts from scratch as needed.
• Think creatively and articulate the creative concept towards establishing a strong brand identity for all products EQ carries.
• Work with the Creative Director to study design briefs and determine requirements of requestors by closely working with them and understanding their requirement
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements with value-adding contributions to the requests
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using relevant software (Adobe products)
• Use the appropriate colors, styles and layout for each graphic to ensure they are on-brand
• Able to ask the right questions to understand the feedback from requestors and be able to provide an output that is on-point of brief/request
• Be able to take photos, videos, and provide basic to moderate post-process editing.
• Turnover all artwork requests according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A graduate of any graphics design course.
• Up-to-date in design concepts and applications that include but not limited to digital, on-ground, packaging, ATL/ BTL, and multimedia.
• Able to use the standard tools for digital graphics design including but not limited to the Adobe suite of products and applications
• Able to operate multimedia tools such as a digital SLR and its accessories, among others.

• Keeps up-to-date with the latest design trends in packaging, event booths, activation, social media, and digital marketing. Especially those in the Coffee Industry and F&B in general.
