Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Home Health Coder
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assigning accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for home health services, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and payer regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patient medical records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy.
  • Assign ICD-10-CM codes for diagnoses and procedures specific to home health services.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, OASIS, and payer-specific guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and QA teams to resolve coding queries.
  • Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards in coding.
  • Stay updated with changes in coding rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Certified coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent – preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in
    Home Health coding
    .
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
  • Familiarity with OASIS and CMS guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
