The Opportunity

We are one of the leading provider of healthcare solutions, is seeking experienced Medical Coders - IP and OP / CDI Specialists to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurately code inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) medical records according to ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
  2. Perform concurrent and retrospective clinical documentation improvement (CDI) reviews to ensure accurate and compliant medical record documentation
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to clarify and improve clinical documentation
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding policies, regulations, and industry best practices
  5. Provide training and support to other team members as needed
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative coding and CDI strategies

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical coding and/or clinical documentation improvement (CDI)
  2. Proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding
  3. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Commitment to staying up-to-date with coding regulations and industry best practices
  7. Certification in medical coding (CCS, CPC, or equivalent) is REQUIRED.
  8. Certified Medical Coder (CPC/COC/CIC/CCA/CCS-P/CCS) required
