Content Coordinator (Remote Set Up)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Schedule: Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contractual
Salary: USD 1,100/month
About the Role:
The Content Coordinator plays a key role in managing digital content workflows, maintaining structured content vaults, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure content is organized, accurate, and aligned with trends. This position works closely with the Content Team Leader and the Client Relations team to deliver well-structured, tagged, and high-quality content ready for deployment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Management & Tagging
- Upload, organize, and tag digital content in client vaults
- Maintain vault structure with updated folders, file naming conventions, and notes
- Support creation of script templates for consistency in client-facing content
Creative Support & Trend Alignment
- Collaborate with the team to pitch and develop content ideas aligned with trends
- Provide creative suggestions tailored to client goals and audience engagement
Quality & Accuracy
- Review content for inconsistencies and flag issues
- Maintain accurate, error-free databases for coordination with creative and chat teams
Content Tracking & Workflow Support
- Update content trackers and request forms to ensure efficiency
- Implement structured systems for vault navigation and documentation
- Provide regular updates to the team and communicate progress through Discord or other tools
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or related field
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
- Excellent organizational, detail orientation, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
