Job Summary

The Store Admin is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the construction site warehouse or storage area. This role ensures that all materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, recorded, issued, and monitored to support smooth construction activities. The Store Admin maintains accurate inventory records, coordinates with site engineers and suppliers, and ensures proper storage practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Issue materials to site personnel based on approved requests or withdrawal slips.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system or logbooks daily.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management for replenishment when needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing team, and site engineers regarding deliveries and material requirements.
  • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in monthly/quarterly audits.
  • Manage documentation such as delivery receipts, material request forms, and inventory reports.
  • Ensure that safety and housekeeping standards inside the storage area are maintained.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, tracking documents, and preparing reports.
