Job Summary:

The Promodiser is responsible for promoting, displaying, and replenishing products in retail stores to ensure maximum visibility and sales. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned area, monitoring inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that products are properly displayed and merchandised according to brand and store guidelines
  • Monitor and replenish stocks on shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the display area
  • Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock levels
  • Coordinate with store personnel for product placements and promotions
  • Assist in promotional activities such as product sampling or live demonstrations
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Submit daily or weekly reports as required
  • Follow company policies and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage)
  • Experience in merchandising, sales, or promotional work is preferred but not required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be trustworthy, hardworking, and customer-oriented
  • Willing to be assigned in various store locations

Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • Mall hours / shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Standing and walking for long periods
  • May require occasional lifting of stocks and materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
