The Promodiser is responsible for ensuring the timely display and replenishment of Panther products, maintaining product quality, and delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets while preventing product losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Replenish and display Panther products attractively.
  • Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and order.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and basic technical support.
  • Manage inventory and submit accurate sales reports on time.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to reach sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and eager to meet client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Willing to learn and understand basic electrical terms.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
