What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and portioning ingredients according to recipes and instructions
  2. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, work surfaces and storage areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  3. Assisting with food service, plating and presentation
  4. Following all health, safety and food handling regulations
  5. Supporting the kitchen team with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment, ideally in a similar kitchen helper or support role
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  3. Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
  4. Good team-working skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  5. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  6. Willing to be deployed at The Corner House, San Juan Manila.
