About the role

We are seeking a talented Billing and Collections Staff to join our dynamic team at Siccion Holdings Inc. in our Cubao Quezon City Metro Manila office. This full-time role is responsible for handling the company's billing and collections processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collections.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
  2. Follow up on outstanding payments and manage the collections process
  3. Maintain accurate records of all billing and collections activities
  4. Provide reporting and analysis on the company's receivables
  5. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any billing or collections issues
  6. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing and collections processes

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  2. Relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control or billing
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets
