  • Bachelor's Degree of any course.
  • Must have at least 2 years relevant working experience in purchasing
  • MUST KNOW HOW TO DRIVE (4 wheels Manual Transmission)
  • Handles and receives PR (Purchase Requisition) under Central office (Production) and Production Engineering.
  • Processes requisition into approval purchase order by canvasses and compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
  • Perform data entry of PO and PR in the system.
  • Reviews documents and data such as incoming requisitions, terminology, specifications, past purchases, reconciliations, to ensure completeness and accuracy of purchasing process.
  • Locates suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
  • Coordinates /meets with supplier on details and specifications of materials.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by superior.
