Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Associate/Engineer, located in Laguna. The Procurement Associate/Engineer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing construction materials, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels. Daily tasks also include ensuring timely delivery of materials, maintaining procurement records, and collaborating with project managers to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing and purchasing construction materials
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and coordinating with suppliers
  • Skills in managing inventory levels and maintaining procurement records
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
