About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team at Task Agencies Inc' in San Fernando, Cebu. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in either a non-voice (chat) or voice-based customer service role, catering to a diverse range of clients. Whether you have previous experience in the BPO industry or are new to the field, we welcome your application.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through either text-based chat or voice communication channels
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process enhancements
  5. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a wide range of customer queries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with customer service software and call centre operations (preferred but not essential)
  5. Adaptability and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
