As a
Customer Care Representative,
you'll handle customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication, accurate solutions, and timely support while contributing to team targets and a thriving service culture.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 6 months of customer care experience in BPO or non-BPO settings
  • Willingness to work
    full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends across a 24-hour period
  • Familiarity with Office365 is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally, aligned with the brand voice
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Resolve issues within agreed response times and ensure high satisfaction
  • Build trust with customers through clear and friendly communication
  • Provide accurate information using proper tools and methods
  • Meet individual and team sales targets and quotas
  • Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions
  • Follow set communication procedures and policies
  • Work to team KPIs and business guidelines
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
