Job Scope:

Most of the time is spent on training. The role also involves providing advice to HRBP on relevant labor matters, proposing labor law suggestions for new policy improvements, and collaborating with external government departments, HRBP, and lawyers when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduates with a background in human resources or psychology
  • at least more than 6 years of experience
  • Have experience in Company Mobile Industry is a big plus
