The main responsibility is training employees to respect company policies, improve their abilities, better understand the company's corporate culture, and cultivate a spirit of excellence. Additionally, create a training environment that enhances employee mood and generates benefits for both the employees and the company.
Job Scope:
Most of the time is spent on training. The role also involves providing advice to HRBP on relevant labor matters, proposing labor law suggestions for new policy improvements, and collaborating with external government departments, HRBP, and lawyers when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Graduates with a background in human resources or psychology
- at least more than 6 years of experience
- Have experience in Company Mobile Industry is a big plus
