The role of the Human Resources Supervisor shall manage various facets of the Human Resources:
- Culture Building and Transformation
- Workplace Learning and Development
- Strategic Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding

- Employee Engagement and Experience
- Career/Talent Management and Succession Planning
- OD Interventions/Change Management
- CSR and Sustainable Development Goals Programs
The Human Resources Supervisor is to (1) deliver workplace learning and development courses to equip the employees with the basic skills and right attitude toward work which is integral to the succession management. (2) He/She also partakes in the change management initiatives and other meaningful interventions to improve work and employee engagement and experience in AFPI. This role will advocate and help create a culture of continuous learning and growth through the learning and development programs. He/She will put in place the learning initiatives that help employees to constantly evolve and develop at the same time with the organization. He/She excels at identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organization and creates flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce and the changing strategic directions of AFPI. (3) He/She will work on the succession management to cover the senior-most positions in AFPI's hierarchy and considers critical roles along the various stages of the corporate ladder. He/She builds a high level of engagement among high-potentials who desire achievements and career advancement, anticipating the skill set of their talent pool. (4) At the heart of the organization is our culture, real and perceived; He/She will be focused on building a great culture that will drive positive employee performance to contribute to the nation-building activities where employees are rewarded or positively disciplined according to their contribution. (5) He/She will help in the organizational, team-level, and individual assessment to initiate interventions and change management activities. (6) He/She will help AFPI align its contribution and KPIs to the Sustainable Development Goals (Purpose, People, Planet, Prosperity).
Other generalist roles shall be in support of the Internal/External Audits, Compensation and Benefits, Workplace Health, Safety and Security, Case Management, Labor Relations, Internal Policy and Governance, Government Compliance and Documentary Requirements, HRIS, Employee Service and Self-Service, Vendor and Affiliates Coordination & Management, Admin and Facility Management, Contract Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding and Program Partnership with Ayala Group of Companies & First Pacific Group of Companies, and other Organizational Development efforts that AFPI Management and Board of Directors put in place.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration and/or equivalent;
- With a minimum of three (3) relevant years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Management, OD/Change Management, Learning & Development, Rewards and Recognition;
- With a minimum of three (3) relevant years of experience as a Generalist or HRBP
- Work Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- With experience and exposure in
- assignment and completing multiple projects/priorities, rapid change and fast-paced work environment
