
Selling Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensures it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties includes motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, and training staff. Cultivates customer satisfaction by directing all front-end activities (requires consistent presence in selling area).
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar
- At least 2 years' related retail work experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors departmental sales vs. target on a daily basis, identifies causes of poor performance and recommends solutions to Regional Manager for proper action.
- Proactively seeks customer interactions, builds sustained relationships with top 100 customers and converts the ones with complaints into happy shoppers.
- Explains display standards to sales clerks and regularly checks if items are arranged properly, areas are clean and asks for repair or replacement of broken fixtures.
- Conducts daily checking on team's knowledge (product, promos, store layout/services), look (uniform, posture, grooming), personality (greeting, spiels, no chatting)
