Location: Pasig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise civil works for general construction and telco infrastructure projects (e.g., cell towers, fiber optic networks, base stations).
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred or as required by local regulations).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general construction and telco projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
