OVERVIEW

The Accounting Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the accounting department and effectively managing the company's financial activities.

This role requires extensive experience and expertise in areas such as communication with audit firms, compliance with BIR regulations, and cost accounting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise and provide leadership for accounting operations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Manage communication with audit firms, oversee audit processes, and review audit reports.
  • Handle BIR filings and compliance, perform tax-related duties.
  • Conduct cost accounting and ensure accuracy.
  • Propose and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures.
  • Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members.
  • Maintain smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy.
  • Must have a valid CPA.
  • With at least 10 years of experience in accounting.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Experience with BIR filings and compliance.
  • Experience in communicating with audit firms and managing audit processes.
  • With experience in a manufacturing company.

  • Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
