  • Keep evacuation plans and first aid resources up to date.
  • Manage cleaning services, security systems, and waste disposal.
  • Monitor energy usage and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure building systems (e.g., elevators, fire alarms) function properly.
  • Track facility expenses and assist with budgeting.
  • Procure equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Oversee service contracts and vendor performance.
  • Allocate space efficiently within buildings.
  • Coordinate office moves and setup.
  • Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and asset inventories.

Job Type: Full-time
