Job Summary:

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Perform or coordinate repairs, maintenance, and installations as needed.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building and equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Vocational or technical training in maintenance or related field preferred.
