We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Database Analytics Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines, database solutions, and analytical models that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL development, data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable database solutions and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and other developers to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for use in reporting and data analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
  • Support data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) by providing clean and structured data.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in database development, data engineering, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one RDBMS (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
