We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Analytics Engineer to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex SQL queries and data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
  • Build and manage scalable data models, ETL/ELT processes, and analytical datasets
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics tools
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot query issues
  • Mentor junior analysts and engineers on best practices in SQL and data architecture
  • Automate data validation and reporting processes where applicable
  • Document data sources, data flows, and analytics processes clearly and consistently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL development and data analytics
  • Expertise in writing efficient, well-structured SQL for large-scale data environments
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data pipeline tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
