About the role

As a Customer Retail Food Manager at Madison Square Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail food outlets in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving the success of our business in the retail and consumer products industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimise in-store availability and presentation
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing coaching, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
