Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of all Rudy Project PH retail stores.
  • Implement and maintain brand guidelines across all stores.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

2. Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and take corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Drive store promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal events in collaboration with the Marketing team.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Build a motivated, customer-focused, and sales-driven retail team.

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with Rudy Project's brand values.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Promote product knowledge among staff to provide expert recommendations to customers.

5. Inventory & Visual Merchandising

  • Oversee inventory levels, stock transfers, and shrinkage control.
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure all stores are visually appealing and aligned with seasonal merchandising plans.

6. Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and strategic retail planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a multi-store retail management role, preferably in fashion, sports, or eyewear industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
  • Experience in luxury or premium brand retail is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
