Job Description

  • Performing opening duties such as setting tables, polishing and folding napkins;
  • Assisting management and hosts to meet, greet, and seat guest, and issuing them food and wine menus;
  • Introducing yourself to guests and informing them of special offers and stock shortages before they select items off the menu;
  • Following up on food and beverage orders with the back of the house (BOH);
  • Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and overall experience, and providing management with feedback;
  • Performing opening and closing duties such as sweeping and vacuuming;
  • Ensured proper presentation and preparation of food products and beverages in appealing way;
  • Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order;
  • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products;
