Your Role:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for restaurant staff (kitchen, service, riders).
  • Handle payroll computation, benefits, and allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with government-mandated reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support performance evaluations.
  • Assist in employee relations, training, and engagement activities.
  • Support overall HR operations while helping foster a positive workplace culture.

What We Need:

  • Proven HR experience in a restaurant, café, or F&B company (required).
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and government compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, approachable team player who can adapt quickly.
