Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Provide technical product presentations, demonstrations, and on-site support to clients, particularly within the agriculture/poultry sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with R&D, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Lead, train, and guide the sales team to improve performance and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client visits as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in technical sales, with strong exposure to the agriculture/poultry industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of agricultural or poultry products, solutions, or systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and close high-value deals.
