Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining proper security of sensitive paperwork and conversations
  • Manage delinquents and communications with neighbors
  • Assist in the goal of neighbors feeling valued and cared for
  • Keep Property Management issues extremely confidential
  • Assist Property Management leadership as needed
  • Assists with administrative processes as directed.
  • Maintains databases as assigned.
  • Receives, prioritizes, issues and logs work order requests, receipts and daily transaction, monitors assignments to ensure work gets completed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • With proven experience in unit turnover coordination, preferably in a real estate or property management setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Background in customer service or client relations is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and tight schedules.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with property turnover procedures and documentation is an advantage.
  • Preferably living near Mandaue area.
