Giftaway offers a convenient way to shop, making it easier for customers to purchase and redeem digital gift cards.

Role Description

A full-time role for a Data Entry Associate responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various data into systems and databases, and maintaining data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encoding and inputting information into spreadsheets and databases
  • Reviewing and managing encoded data to ensure correctness and completeness
  • Following standardized procedures for data entry and validation
  • Maintaining high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times
  • Quickly responding to any data requests and assigned tasks
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Content Management/Mobile App Management experience is a plus
