The Billing Staff is responsible for preparing, processing, and monitoring customer invoices, ensuring accurate billing records, and coordinating with clients, internal departments, and insurance providers to ensure timely and correct payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and billing documents accurately and on time
  • Verify billing data, charges, discounts, and payment terms
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, or insurance companies regarding billing concerns
  • Encode and update billing records in the system
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries
  • Assist in month-end billing reports and reconciliation
  • Maintain organized and confidential billing files and records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 1 year experience in billing or accounts receivable (preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and billing procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel and billing/accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
