Store Supervisor
of CW Home Depot oversees the assigned section of the store, such as customer service, releasing, selling, dispatching, and receiving. The store supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the daily activities of the said section, its manpower, and coordination with other sections and concerned departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Handles and addresses customer concerns, such as but not limited to complaints, return and exchange process, and other related activities assigned for the section

RELEASING

  • Monitors the items for pick-up and oversees the activities of the section
  • Creates daily document reports assigned to the section

RECEIVING

  • Ensures that all supplier deliveries are good and complete
  • Coordinates with the concerned departments for supplier delivery concerns and issues
  • Responsible for warehouse management and supervises receiving personnel for proper storage of incoming deliveries
  • Creates daily document reports

DISPATCHING

  • Oversees the delivery process to customers, including coordination with the selling area for items subject to delivery
  • Creates daily document reports
  • Responsible for warehouse management for the proper storage of outgoing deliveries

SELLING

  • Responsible for display and merchandising, inventory management, and attending to customer inquiries from time to time.
  • Ensures that there is enough manpower on the floor on a daily basis
  • Creates daily document reports

For all the areas indicated, other tasks related to the specific area will be assigned from time to time.

We are looking for someone with

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least one to two years of experience in retail or store operations
  • At least one year of career in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software applications
  • Background in warehousing, inventory, and merchandising
  • With above-average communication skills, both written and oral
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to extend working hours based on the operational requirements
  • All accepted candidates must be willing to undergo training at either Imus, Cavite or Sta. Rosa, Laguna branch
