Gourmet Farms, Inc. is a premier coffee company in the Philippines that has been trading and roasting coffee since 1977. As the market leader in fresh and roasted coffee, we oversee every step of coffee production, from choosing seeds to packaging, with the capacity to roast 120 tons monthly. Beyond coffee, we manufacture local herbal teas, sauces, dressings, and ready-to-eat items, and our organic farm supplies fresh produce to hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets nationwide. Additionally, we operate The Dining Room restaurant, Gourmet's Café, and The Country Store, which showcases our finest offerings, including fresh bakery items.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Supervisor, based in Silang. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee all aspects of supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products. Day-to-day tasks include managing warehouse activities, coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and supervising staff to maintain optimal operational workflows. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, analyzing logistical data, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in inventory management, shipment coordination, and operational workflow analysis
  • Team leadership and staff supervision skills, with the ability to manage performance and foster collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with safety and quality compliance standards in logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in logistics software systems and tools
  • Prior experience in food production or distribution industries is an advantage
