Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end purchasing processes, from receiving approved purchase requisitions to issuing purchase orders.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delivery delays or discrepancies.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times with suppliers while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Regularly assess supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternatives when necessary
  • Maintain an updated database of suppliers, quotations, and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Amenable to work in North Caloocan, Metro Manila
