We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and maximizing sales potential. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, and thrives in both in-store and field settings.
Responsibilities Include The Following And Other Aspects Of Work
- Welcome customers, respond to inquiries, and present the company's products and services effectively
- Manage and respond to online inquiries, particularly regarding key product lines
- Conduct fieldwork and deliver product presentations to prospective and existing clients
- Promote existing products while introducing new offerings to the market
- Identify, contact, and follow up with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Analytical, organized, and creative
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Adaptive, strategic, business research-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
