About the role

As an Account Manager at Mr. Aircon PH', you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the company's sales and revenue objectives by ensuring exceptional customer service and strengthening long-term partnerships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned accounts
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs
  4. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and account activities
  5. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  6. Provide regular reports on account performance and identify areas for improvement
  7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

  1. At least has an experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving client satisfaction
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle client inquiries and concerns
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
