As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and managing our network infrastructure, providing technical solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will be expected to handle complex technical issues, manage customer requests, and contribute to process and network improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet and cloud products, including Wavelengths, Ethernet, Smart IP VPN, International Voice, Signaling and optical fiber products.
  • Handle customer requests and troubleshoot network issues via phone, email, and web interface.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and resolution for customer issues, ensuring timely restoration of services.
  • Perform network management tasks including data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, customer solutions, and network performance.
  • Support and maintain telecommunication networks and services, focusing on transmission, voice, roaming, and Ethernet layers.
  • Work with IP technologies and ensure efficient network operations.
  • Ensure high-quality technical support for customers, demonstrating strong attention to detail in complex problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance network performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing)/Transmission networks is highly desirable and an edge.
  • Solid experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ethernet/IP technologies, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DWDM, Signaling, IPX/GRX.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, OCI , MikroTik , Ciena, Cisco, Juniper, Signaling, ITIL will be prioritized.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the network engineering or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Communication Systems, or equivalent technical knowledge and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IP technologies and telecommunication layers (transmission, voice, roaming, Ethernet).
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Spanish, French) is a plus.
  • Strong adaptability to new technologies, support systems, and changing workflows.
