
Digital Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. This role will oversee a team of digital marketers and collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Supervise the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals, brand messaging, and budget constraints.

Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

Assign projects, track team performance, and provide regular feedback to encourage skill development and high performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.).

Use data to optimize ongoing campaigns and guide future strategies.

Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely production of high-quality digital content.

Approve or edit campaign materials such as landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, and social media posts.

Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are synchronized.

Report on digital marketing performance to senior management with actionable insights.

Utilize platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, algorithm updates, and marketing technologies.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and performance metrics.

Experience with paid search and social media advertising.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
