Job Description:

  • Support the installation and coordination of HVAC and fire protection systems on active construction sites.
  • Review mechanical drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.
  • Assist in cost estimation, material take-offs, and preparation of BOQs.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate execution of work.
  • Monitor progress of mechanical works and report any discrepancies or delays to the manager.
  • Support project execution through coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Participate in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation including as-built drawings, RFIs, RFAs, CVIs, Testing and inspection records.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE, and NFPA standards.
  • Assist in the design and drafting of HVAC and fire protection systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or Similar design software.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HVAC and fire protection systems in a construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of MEP installation practices and construction workflows.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project management tools.
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with construction documentation and material submittals.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple project phases.
  • Willing to render overtime works as needed.
  • Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month
