Seeking a skilled mechanical engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling the mechanical requirements of power supply units, including design, thermal and acoustic considerations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop casing, heatsinks, plastic parts, and insulation to meet thermal and acoustic requirements.
  • Optimize PCB layout to ensure efficient performance and reliability.
  • Specify and source connectors, fans, wires, and other interconnection devices to meet project needs.
  • Develop assembly drawings, process instructions, and engineering documentation as required.
  • Evaluate cost reduction opportunities to improve project efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to resolve production line issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with customer electronics R&D or design for manufacturability is an advantage.
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling (e.g., ProE/Creo) and MS Windows applications.
  • Strong resourcefulness and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
