Level 3 Windows Engineer

Work Setup: Hybrid | Night Shift

Location: Metro Manila, Cebu or Davao

Salary: ₱120K–₱130K + ₱3,000 allowance

About the Role:

Join our team as a Level 3 Windows Engineer and handle complex Windows desktop issues, endpoint optimization, and automation. You'll use DEX tools and scripting to improve performance and user experience across large enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced Windows troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Use DEX tools (Desktop Experience) to monitor and enhance endpoint performance
  • Automate desktop operations using PowerShell scripts
  • Work with IT teams to maintain stable and secure desktop systems
  • Document fixes, configurations, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years experience in Windows Desktop Engineering
  • Strong skills in Windows OS, DEX tools, and Unified Endpoint Management
  • Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft O365/M365 environments
  • Exposure to large endpoint setups (50K+)
  • Background in regulated industries (Healthcare, Banking, Insurance)
